CLASSROOMS.CLOUD ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Using Classrooms.cloud: How to get to your room and to the Public Forum judge room

  1. Please check your pairing assignment for your room number. It will be emailed and texted to you and also available at harvard.tabroom.com under the pairings tab.
  2. Then click on this link to proceed directly to harvard.classrooms.cloud.
  3. If you have not logged in, please click Login and log in using your tabroom.com username and passwordIf you have trouble logging in, follow the instructions on the login page for resetting and resyncing your password. If you continue to have trouble, click the button that says “Support” and type your problem into the chatbox to contact our tech support staff.
  4. Once you are logged in, hover your mouse over “Tournaments” and Select “Harvard National Forensics Tournament.” Click on the appropriate “Wing” for your event.
  5. Find your room number on the page and click “Enter Room”
  6. On your right. you will see the help ticket system. If you have any problems, fill out a help ticket. Your name and email address will be pre-filled in with your tabroom.com account information.
  7. On your left you will see two buttons for entering the zoom room. You can run zoom from your web browser or open the desktop application. We recommend using the Zoom App if you have it.
  8. The JUDGE ROOM is one of the rooms in the “Public Forum wing”.  Click on the button to enter that video room.
